Borrowing is the process that is used to increase lexicon of the language. Due to the borrowing, new roots and stems appear in the language, new elements of world-building and new precise terms arise, and this process is a predictable result of people’s social, economic and political activity. The language activity is based on the process of borrowing. Sound and formal unity in frameworks in a language or its dialect variant can be interpreted only via the procedure of continuous borrowing, when two nations borrow lexical units from each other. ..........................................................................
